3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area
4. Repeat Infringers
Muxito reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
5. Good Faith
We process all DMCA notices in good faith and aim to resolve any legitimate copyright concerns promptly and fairly.
